Dr. M H Millat is currently working as a cardiothoracic surgeon at Our Lady's Children's Hospital, Dublin, Republic of Ireland. He is only Bangladeshi Cardiothoracic Surgeon, who made his entire cardiothoracic training/career in the UK Ireland and USA.

Dr Millat was president of Sandhai, Mymensingh Medical College and Central Secretary General of Sandhani National Eye Donation Society & Sandhani International Eye Bank, Bangladesh. Mr Millat also founded Sandhani Donor’s Clubs in Sirajgonj and Jamalpur.
